What is the Dashboard and what does it do?

Your Dashboard is a quick snapshot of your account. 

At the top, you'll see your name, email, and organisation. Below that, six cards summarise each settings area at a glance: 

• Profile - name, time zone, theme

• My Teams - how many teams you belong to

• Security - whether two-factor authentication is on

• Notifications - unread count and alert settings

• Usage - AI calls and tokens used in the last 30 days

• History - your activity across all modules

Click any card's Open link to jump straight into that section. Below the cards, a Recent Activity feed lists your latest actions across the platform, with a View all link if you want the full history.
