The Profile page holds everything about how you're identified and how the platform behaves for you:
Identity: Set your legal name (title, first, middle, last), your preferred display name and initials (what teammates see in mentions and shared matters), and your contact email and phone. Each has a Change button, and updating either requires re-verification, a code to your new email, or a fresh OTP for your phone.
Practice: Add your Role, Job title, Bar number, and Jurisdiction.
Organisation: Your organisation name and country are shown here, but these were set at signup (country determines where your files are stored) and can only be changed by an owner or admin, not from your own profile.
Region & formats: Set your Time zone, Currency, Number format, Date format, Time format, and Measurement system. These are pre-filled from your organisation but can be adjusted for your own account.
Preferences: Choose a Preferred language (overrides the org default for just your account), Theme and Density for how the interface looks, and a Read-aloud voice for the Listen feature on answers (defaults to your browser's built-in voice; pick a named voice for better quality). There's also a checkbox to opt in to product update emails.
Remember to click Save changes at the bottom after editing anything here.
Scroll to the Signature section on your Profile page. Type your signature in the editor on the left, using bold, italic, underline, or clear formatting as needed, and watch the live preview on the right update as you type, pulling in your name, role, organisation, bar number, and email automatically. Leave it blank to auto-build one from your identity details. This signature gets appended to your drafts, filings, and outgoing mail, so it's worth setting up once and letting it carry through everywhere automatically.
