Getting to Settings: From anywhere in Lexlegis, click your initials in the top-right corner of the screen. This opens a small menu with a few options.
Click Account Settings to open the full Settings page.
The History section provides a record of activity across the platform. Depending on the level you are viewing, you can access your Personal History, Team History, or Organisation History.
Personal History - It displays the activities associated with your own account. You can use this section to review and locate your previous activity across different platform features.
Search Activity - Use this to quickly find a specific activity. You can search using titles, actors, surfaces, or other relevant activity details.
Filter by Feature
The activity list can also be filtered by feature using the tabs available below the search and filter options:
- All
- Ask
- Interact
- Draft
- MIRA
- Lex
- Library
- Integrations
- Word
The number displayed next to All indicates the number of activities currently included in the results.
Team - Select All my teams, My Private Space, or a specific team to filter activity associated with that space.
Team History
It shows activity across the selected team and its available features. It can be accessed through Teams → Team History.
The same search, surface, team, and feature-based filtering options can be used to locate specific team activity.
Organisation History
It provides an overview of activity across the entire organisation. It can be accessed through Organisation → History.
Use the Search activity bar to search across activity by titles, actors, surfaces, or other relevant details. You can further narrow the results using All surfaces, the team selector, and Filter.
