How do I check my usage?

Getting to Settings: From anywhere in Lexlegis, click your initials in the top-right corner of the screen. This opens a small menu with a few options.

Click Account Settings to open the full Settings page

On the Settings page, select Usage from the left-hand navigation menu.

Usage

This section allows you to view and analyse your platform usage, including the number of tokens consumed and associated costs. Usage information is available at the Personal, Team, and Organisation levels.

Personal Usage

It provides an overview of your usage for the selected time period. You can view usage trends through the Tokens per day chart and review usage by individual features.

The By feature section provides a breakdown of usage across different features. It displays:

• Feature - The Lexlegis feature used.
• Calls - The number of calls made using the feature.
• Tokens - The total number of tokens consumed.
• Cost (USD) - The associated usage cost in US dollars.

Features shown may include Usage, Interact, Matters, Ask, MIRA, Library, and Draft.

Team Usage provides usage information for a particular team. It can be accessed through Teams → Team Usage.\

The page provides a visual overview of the team's token consumption over time. You can also view the team's usage by feature, including calls, tokens, and cost for each feature.

Organisation-level usage can be accessed through Organisation → Billing & Usage.

The Usage tab provides an overview of usage across the organisation, including Total calls, Total tokens, Cached tokens, Total cost.

The page also includes a Tokens per day chart to help track usage trends over the selected period.

The By feature table provides a detailed breakdown of organisational usage, showing the number of calls, tokens consumed, and cost for each feature.

The Usage Analytics section provides a more detailed view of organisational usage. It includes analytics such as:

• Tokens over time - Tracks token consumption across the selected period.
• Share by feature - Shows how token usage is distributed across different features.
• Top features - Highlights the features with the highest usage.
• Token composition over time - Shows the composition of token usage over the selected period.
• Top teams - Identifies teams with the highest usage.
• Top users - Identifies users with the highest usage.

You can use the available filters and date range options to narrow the analytics to the period, feature, team, or user you want to analyse.
