After selecting the Enterprise plan, you will be redirected to the checkout page to configure your subscription and complete payment.
You can access this from:
Account Menu → Billing → Billing Overview → Choose Enterprise
1. Select Billing Cycle
Under Configure your plan and confirm billing, choose your billing preference:
- Monthly – billed every month (Currently inactive)
- Yearly – billed once per year (may include a discount)
The pricing updates automatically based on the selected billing cycle.
2. Select Number of Licenses
Under How many licenses to purchase?, select the number of seats required.
Each seat represents one user license.
Important:
- The Enterprise plan requires a minimum of 5 licenses.
- You cannot proceed with fewer than 5 seats.
Use the + / – buttons to adjust the number of seats.
The total subscription cost will update automatically.
3. Apply a Promo Code (Optional)
If you have a promotional code:
- Enter the code in the Promo code field.
- Click Apply.
- The discount will be reflected in the pricing summary if the code is valid.
4. Enter Billing Details
Under Billing details for invoice, provide the required information:
- Organisation Name
- Address Line
- City
- Pincode
- Country
- State
- GST Number (if applicable)
These details will appear on the invoice generated after payment.
Ensure that all information is accurate before proceeding.
5. Review Payment Summary
On the right side of the screen, a complete pricing breakdown is displayed.
This includes:
- Organisation Name
- Selected Plan (Enterprise)
- Billing Cycle
- Price per seat
- Number of seats
- Subtotal
- GST (18%)
- Total payable amount
Example:
If the yearly price per seat is ₹165,600 and you select 5 seats:
- Subtotal: ₹1,656,000
- GST (18%): ₹298,080
- Total: ₹1,954,080
This summary allows you to confirm the full cost before payment.
6. Complete Subscription
After reviewing the payment summary, click Subscribe & Pay to complete the purchase.
If you prefer to pay offline, click on the link marked below:
Once payment is successful:
- Your Enterprise subscription becomes active
- The invoice will be available under Billing → Invoices
Important Notes
- Enterprise subscriptions require a minimum of 5 seats.
- GST (18%) is applied to the subtotal.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of the billing cycle.
- You can cancel before the next billing date to avoid renewal charges.
