After selecting the Professional plan, you will be redirected to the checkout page to configure your subscription and complete payment.
You can access this from:
Account Menu → Billing → Billing Overview → Choose Professional
1. Select Billing Cycle
Under Configure your plan and confirm billing, choose your billing preference:
- Monthly – billed every month
- Yearly – billed once per year (may include a discount)
The pricing updates automatically based on the selected billing cycle.
2. Select Number of Licenses
Under How many licenses to purchase?, select the number of seats required.
Each seat represents one user license.
You can:
- Increase seats using the + button
- Decrease seats using the – button
The total subscription price updates automatically as you adjust the number of seats.
3. Apply a Promo Code (Optional)
If you have a promotional code:
- Enter the code in the Promo code field.
- Click Apply.
- Any valid discount will be reflected in the price summary.
4. Enter Billing Details
Under Billing details for invoice, provide the following information:
- Organisation Name
- Address Line
- City
- Pincode
- Country
- State
- GST Number (if applicable)
These details will appear on the generated invoice.
Ensure that all billing information is accurate before proceeding.
5. Review Payment Summary
On the right side of the screen, a pricing summary will be displayed.
This includes:
- Organisation Name
- Selected Plan (Professional)
- Billing Cycle
- Price per seat
- Number of seats
- Subtotal
- GST (18%)
- Total payable amount
This breakdown allows you to verify the final amount before payment.
6. Complete Subscription
After reviewing the payment summary, click Subscribe & Pay to complete the purchase.
If you prefer to pay offline click on this link:
Once payment is successful:
- Your Professional subscription becomes active
- The invoice will appear under Billing → Invoices
Important Notes
- GST (18%) is applied to the subtotal.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of the billing cycle.
- You can cancel before the next billing date to avoid renewal charges.
