How to Upgrade or Change Your Plan

You can upgrade, downgrade, or change your billing cycle from the Billing section.

Go to:

Account Menu → Billing 

Step 1: Open Billing Overview

In the Billing section, click Billing Overview.

Here, you can:

• View available plans
• Compare Professional and Enterprise
• Switch between Monthly and Annual billing

Step 2: Choose Billing Cycle

At the top, select:

• Monthly
• Annual (discount may apply)

The selected option will update the pricing automatically.

Step 3: Select a Plan

Click:

• Choose Professional
  or
• Choose Enterprise

You will be redirected to the Checkout page.

Important Notes Before Upgrading

• Enterprise plan requires a minimum of 5 seats.
• Pricing is calculated per seat.
• GST (18%) will be added during checkout.
• Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled.

Changing an Active Subscription

If you already have an active plan:

1. Go to Settings → Billing → Active Subscriptions
2. Click Change plan
3. Select the new plan or billing cycle
4. Proceed to checkout to confirm

Your updated plan will apply based on the new billing selection.
