The Account section allows logged-in users to manage their personal details, security settings, organisation information, and team access within Lexlegis.ai.
You can access these settings anytime from Account Menu → Account.
1. Profile
The Profile page lets you update your personal information and regional preferences used across the platform.
- Profile Photo: Displayed on your profile and in collaborative areas
- Title: Indicates your professional designation
- First Name & Last Name: Used for identification and display
- Email Address: Your registered login email (read-only)
- Display Name: How Lexlegis.ai addresses you within the app
- Phone Number: Used for account communication and security
- Role: Describes your position within your organisation
- Country: Defines your country of operation
- Currency: Sets the default currency for billing and displays
- Currency Format: Controls how amounts are shown
- Timezone: Aligns timestamps and activity logs
- Date Format: Defines how dates appear across the platform
- Language: Sets the interface language for your account
Click Save to apply your changes.
2. Organisation
The Organisation section allows you to manage organisation-level details and preferences.
2.1 General Information
- Organisation Name : The legal or business name of your organisation
- Subdomain: Your organisation’s unique Lexlegis.ai subdomain
- Industry: Helps tailor features and recommendations
- Company Size: Indicates the scale of your organisation
- Website: Your organisation’s official website
2.2 Preferences
- Default Timezone: Used as the organisation-wide timezone
- Default Currency: Applied across billing and financial views
2.3 Contact Information
- Contact Name: Primary organisational contact
- Contact Email: Used for official communication
2.4 Billing Information
- Billing Email: Receives invoices and billing updates
- Tax ID: Used for tax and compliance purposes
- Address Details: Required for billing and records
Click Save after making updates.
2.5 Access
The Access section lets you control how users authenticate into your organisation.
- Allow login via Google : Enables Google account sign-in
- Allow login via Microsoft : Enables Microsoft account sign-in
- Allow login via Apple : Enables Apple ID sign-in
- Require multi-factor authentication (MFA) : Enforces MFA for all users
These settings apply at the organisation level.
3. MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication)
The MFA page helps you add an extra layer of security to your account.
- Scan QR Code: Connects your account to an authenticator app
- Verification Code : Confirms MFA setup using a one-time password
Supported apps include Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, Authy, and 1Password.
Click Set Up Two-Factor Authentication to complete setup.
4. Change Password
The Change Password page allows you to update your login credentials.
- Current Password: Verifies your existing password
- New Password: Sets a new secure password
- Confirm New Password : Ensures accuracy before updating
Click Update Password to save changes.
5. My Team
The My Team section shows the teams you are part of within Lexlegis.ai.
- Team Name: Displays the name of each team
- Your Role: Indicates your permission level (e.g., Owner)
- Members: Shows the number of users in the team
- Team Head: Identifies the team lead
- Organisation: Shows the organisation the team belongs to
Use search and pagination controls to navigate large team lists.
6. Summary
The Account Settings area gives you full control over your personal profile, security preferences, organisation details, and team visibility — all in one place.
